If you do not know your size, then now we will describe how to approximately determine it. To do this, you need to take a thread or a thin (up to 5 mm) strip of paper and wrap it quite tightly (but without pressing into the skin) around the middle of the lower phalanx of the finger on which you plan to wear the ring. Mark the point of contact, then unfold the thread on the ruler and determine its length in millimeters - this will be the approximate circumference of your ring. How to determine the length and size of the chain around the neck
There is a certain standard by which chains are made: the length must be a multiple of 5 cm. That is, 35 cm, 40 cm, 45 cm, etc. Here are the unspoken rules:
• 35 cm. Such a chain will fit quite tightly around the neck. Only miniature and light pendants can be hung on it, otherwise the decoration will not look very beautiful and even strange.
• 40 cm. This length draws attention to the neck, which should be taken into account for older women.
• 45 cm. Such chains look very romantic. An elegant pendant in the form of a heart or an openwork flower will be the perfect complement.

Shipping of items for custom orders takes place within 3 - 8 weeks, due to the production cycle of each piece of jewelry taking 1- 4 weeks. We then send the finished jewelry to the Portuguese assay office, and only after that do we dispatch your order to you.
We allow a bit more time for the production of custom orders to avoid unforeseen situations. However, we will make every effort to fulfill your order as quickly as possible!
